Twins Group will invest an extra CNY 500 million (USD 69.64 million) in Vietnam over three years to build three feed mills, targeting 2+ million tonnes of feed and 3+ million hogs marketed annually. The company is also expanding across Myanmar and Egypt, with further Africa plans for 2026.
China’s Twins Group said it plans to invest an additional CNY 500 million (USD 69.64 million) in Vietnam over the next three years, building three large feed mills as it pushes for output of more than 2 million tonnes of feed a year and annual marketing of more than 3 million hogs.
The group said it will build on the early development of its feed business in Hai Duong, Vietnam, to expand further into pig production and the animal health segment. The goal is a fully integrated “feed–farming–veterinary drugs–food” value chain. Twins Group also plans to replicate its domestic contract farming (company + farmer) model in Vietnam, developing a “Chinese company + Vietnamese farmers” approach.

By the end of 2024, Twins Group had built five modern feed mills in Vietnam and established deep cooperation with more than 300 local livestock companies, with annual sales exceeding USD 1.5 billion. In 2025, the company launched an international management trainee recruitment programme tailored specifically to the Vietnam market.

Beyond Vietnam, Twins Group has built two feed mills in Myanmar, each with annual capacity above 200,000 tonnes. The company said projects including a breeder chicken farm, hatchery, and breeding pig farm are progressing in an orderly manner. It is also looking for cooperation opportunities in Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Cambodia.
The group’s overseas expansion began in Egypt. In 2015, it set up Egypt Bright Tech Feeds Co., Ltd., and the business officially started production in March 2017. What began as a single plant has since expanded to four factories.

Twins Group’s second Egypt-based business focuses mainly on the white broiler value chain. This year, that subsidiary built a second feed mill with annual capacity of 300,000 tonnes and invested in a 270,000-set breeder poultry project.
In addition, Egypt Zhengbang Agricultural Co., Ltd. plans to build a feed mill with annual capacity of 200,000 tonnes. It has completed permitting submissions and civil works tendering, and is set to begin construction.
Twins Group said it will also roll out feed and poultry projects in African markets such as Tanzania and Morocco in 2026.
